Every truck,
pinging.

Truck locations next to the WhatsApp group your drivers already use. The system asks why a truck has stopped, records breakdowns, saves delivery photos and opens the best route in Google Maps with live traffic. Everything here is a sample: trucks, plates, drivers and loads are made up.

    Every truck,
    on one map.

The system watches your trucks' GPS and the drivers' WhatsApp messages together. If a truck stops too long, leaves the route or runs late, it asks the driver why, writes down the answer and updates the arrival time.

    01 · STOP

    Truck stopped

Example: Truck 4 has not moved for 2h 15m near a border post.

    02 · ASK

    Driver asked

“Queue or problem?” on WhatsApp. A voice reply is fine.

    03 · RECORD

    Reason recorded

“Border queue” is saved against the trip; the arrival time moves.

    04 · SUMMARY

    Evening summary

One message per evening: distance, stops and problems per truck (sample data).

    Reported once.
    Followed until fixed.

A breakdown message becomes a job with a named owner and a deadline. The system sends reminders, tells a manager if it slips, and closes the job when the fitter reports back.

    01 · REPORT

    Breakdown message

“Compressor on Rig C won't start.” Text, voice or photo.

    02 · JOB

    Owner and deadline

A job is opened, the workshop is assigned and parts are checked.

    03 · REMIND

    Reminders

Reminders are prepared when the deadline nears; a supervisor approves them.

    04 · CLOSE

    Closed with the cause

The fix, hours lost and cause are recorded (sample).
