Agreement
By using afriloop.ai or the AfriLoop WhatsApp Ops MCP plugin you agree to these terms. They are provided by AfriLoop.ai, Harare, Zimbabwe.
Beta plugin
The plugin is a beta provided free, as-is, for evaluation. It uses sample data only, keeps no data permanently and has no uptime commitment. It only drafts WhatsApp messages and never sends them. Features, tools and limits may change or stop without notice.
Acceptable use
Do not share your API key, attempt to access other tenants or systems, overload the service, enter real personal data during the beta, or use the service to break the law or WhatsApp's terms.
Ownership
© 2026 AfriLoop.ai. All rights reserved. The site, brand, plugin and its code are proprietary. You keep ownership of anything you enter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AfriLoop.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the beta. AI-generated drafts can be wrong; review everything before acting on it.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. We may update them and will change the date above when we do.
